Mission Statement

Communicate God’s Word through Evangelism in the community and throughout the world.

General Mission

General Mission Ministry provides service for the sick and elderly in our church and community and participates in nursing home visits and canned food drive donations. This ministry assists the Pastor and Deacons in consoling the bereaved. This ministry also partners with the evangelistic outreach ministry to witness and provide mission training to become better prepared missionaries.

Shepherd’s Ministry

Shepherd’s Ministry is formed to help encourage, inspire, and strengthen the Pastor in the burdensome and trying responsibilities as leader and pastor. This ministry works on behalf of the entire church to ensure the daily needs of the Pastor are met.

Evangelism/Outreach Ministry

The Evangelism Ministry witnesses for Christ by going door to door in the community; it also provides outreach services such as clothing giveaways, homeless ministry, and all evangelism efforts.

Public Relations Ministry

The Public Relations Ministry provides the Greater Peace Baptist Church, its members, and the public at-large with an organized and systematic process for the dissemination of all church-related activities for the Greater Peace Baptist Church.
